Agreement
By accessing efacts.ca or using E-FACTS services, you agree to these terms. Enterprise deployments are also governed by signed order forms and data processing agreements, which control if they conflict with this page.
Services
E-FACTS provides e-receipt dispatch, shopper wallet passes, warranty and recall tooling, and related analytics/ESG exports. Features described on marketing pages may be phased, regional, or subject to merchant configuration.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You may not misuse the platform (including probing without authorization, abusing recall broadcasts, or reverse engineering beyond lawful interoperability).
Service levels
Production enterprise plans target 99.99% monthly uptime for core receipt dispatch, excluding planned maintenance and force majeure. Credits and measurement methods are defined in the applicable SLA exhibit.
Intellectual property
E-FACTS retains rights to its software, brand, and documentation. Merchants retain rights to their transaction data and trademarks.

Marketing simulations (including ROI calculators) are estimates only and not guarantees of financial or ESG outcomes. The service is provided “as available” except where an enterprise agreement states otherwise.
